- Had a few “oh Dear” moments this week, but one yesterday stood out.
- A customer messaged me on Sunday, appalled because she and her doggy had been visiting a friend when it disgraced itself!
- Brand new, high end wool rug, now sporting a lovely yellow mark, which they tried to clean themselves but realised that they were doing more damage than good, so a professional touch was needed.
- Hence my visit there, to find that lovely bright yellow mark on a very light grey rug.
- But luckily, they acted quickly in getting us there and the damage was limited, which urine will do to wool if left too long! But in this case, it was fully remediated, much to the relief of my customer AND her friend!
- So don’t wait, act IMMEDIATELY if you want an effective resolution of any staining issue.
