- Had a call a couple of weeks ago from a lady who’d had a bit of water damage, dealt with by another contractor.
- Once it was all done and dusted, a mark appeared, which for all intents and purposes was a bleach mark, so the contractor gave her our number for a colour correction.
- Upon looking at it, we weren’t convinced that it was a bleached area, but more a water mark.
- She was very dubious, but decided to let me do my thing, so we performed a stain removal!
- Guess who was right! And this is why we get called in, for an expert appraisal – make sure you keep us in mind if you have colour issues with your carpets!
