- We had a customer this week that had bought a house a few years ago, with stains already pre-existing.
- The carpets had progressively worsened over that time, with some traffic areas being almost black!
- It was a case of either we could restore the carpets to a usable condition OR they replace them.
- As usual, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
- Yes, it was a hard slog, but the main reason they looked so bad was – a bad clean before my customer had moved in! The carpets were just loaded with detergent residue from a very poor clean, so most of what we had to do was removal of both soil and detergent left behind from the previous “clean”.
- So with the right chemistry and methodology, we were able to restore the carpet to it’s former glory… and pick up a rave review at the same time!
